A detached villa in Alhaurín de la Torre (Malaga) with a pool and high consumption, where the client wanted to keep monthly costs under control and gain near-total independence from the grid. The installation of 60 SunPower panels together with an 80 kWh battery system has cut the electricity bill from €560 to €15 a month.
The installation includes 60 SunPower 410 W panels with Enphase IQ8HC microinverters, an 80 kWh Pylontech battery system (16 US5000 5 kWh modules) and 3 Victron MultiPlus-II inverter-chargers to manage it.

The client wanted to keep monthly costs under control and asked us for an installation of 60 panels with 80 kWh of battery storage to be practically independent from the grid.
Given the large number of panels installed, an east-west orientation was chosen to flatten the production curve and better match the house's actual consumption.
With panels spread across different orientations (east-west) on the roof, Enphase microinverters were the best way to get maximum performance from each one. The client also wanted the highest warranty available: with Enphase, the installation carries a 25-year warranty.
